The drama surrounding XXL Magazine’s 2012 Freshman List is still reverberating through the hip-hop industry. Many fans were angered at the mag for not featuring A$AP Rocky on the list. There were rumors he turned the cover down. However, A$AP Rocky gave an interview to Fuse TV about the list controversy. A$AP told the channel, “XXL’s list is corny as f**k!” Machine Gun Kelly, Danny Brown, Kid Ink, Future, Roscoe Dash, Hopsin, Macklemore, French Montana, Iggy Azalea and Don Trip are the official 2012 Freshman Class. Rocky never calls any specific person out during the interview.

During the interview, A$AP Rocky also cleared up a few rumors surrounding his debut project. A$AP Rocky revealed the title of his debut album is Long Live A$AP which is slated to hit stores in July.
