$50M Residential Project Headed To Columbus

A $50M residential project is heading to Columbus! An Atlanta developer has claimed the the area across from Columbus Commons in Downtown Columbus. 23,000 square feet will house 300 condo-like apartments ranging from $850-$1700.

After City Center Mall was demolished, Columbus Commons was put in it’s place and opened May 2011.  The developers stated that programs and the parking garage associated with the park will remain opened while the construction is occurring.
