For 10 years the ABC hit show The Bachelor and Bachelorette have been bringing in the ratings but one thing has been obviously missing from the show. The presence of minorities. Every now and then they have casted an African-American but that character is quickly eliminated from the show, but NEVER has their been a minority casted to be The Bachelor or Bachelorette.
So Nashville residents Nathaniel Claybrooks and Christopher Johnson—an All-American football player and an aspiring National Football League player are taking it upon themselves to sue the ABC hit show and it’s creators in a discrimination lawsuit. Why them? Well they are claiming that they tried to audition for the show but were secretly taken into a private room away from the auditions and not allowed to participate. The two are saying that they believe they were treated this way and never called back because of race.

A class action lawsuit is set to be filled in federal court Wednesday morning against ABC, Warner Horizon Television, Next Entertainment, NZK Productions and creator Mike Fleiss.
