New evidence regarding the Trayvon Martin case has surfaced. Surveillance video of Martin buying Skittles and Iced Tea from a local 7-Eleven hit the Internet this morning, stirring emotions again over the tragic crime.

17-year-old Trayvon, can be seen purchasing his items while wearing a dark hoodie. There is no sound to the visuals but it is clear that the exchange was normal. Trayvon simply paid for his things and left.

He would later meet George Zimmerman and be gunned down.

Trayvon’s autopsy report shows that he died after a single gunshot wound to the chest from “intermediate range.” He also had a small abrasion on his left ring finger below the knuckle. THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, was found in Martin’s system as well.

Photos of George Zimmerman’s wounds were also released.

“The police concluded that none of this would have happened if George Zimmerman hadn’t gotten out of his car,” said attorney Ben Crump. “If George Zimmerman hadn’t gotten out of his car, they say it was completely avoidable. That is the headline.”
