When Usher said he wanted to try new things when he did his new album Looking For Myself, he wasn’t lying. The “Climax” singer is going to live stream a concert he’s putting on in London to celebrate the release of the album.

Sponsored by American Express, the show is going to be art-in-motion style. The cool thing about this performance is fans can feel like they are actually on stage with Usher as he performs by creating a digital dancer that contains some of Usher’s best dance moves.

“I am excited to introduce my new album Looking 4 Myself with a worldwide performance in such an innovative way,” said Usher. “It’s very exciting to interact with my fans from a global stage through American Express Unstaged’s live stream. Using the cutting-edge ‘take the stage’ technology will allow my fans to join me virtually via their dancing avatars on stage at London’s renowned Hammersmith Apollo Theatre. Be there on June 11th.”

The concert will take place at London’s Hammersmith Apollo Theater on June 11th at 4pm EST/ 1pm PST. Usher’s seventh album features the singles “Climax,” “Scream,” and “Let Me See.” Will you be tuning in to Usher’s concert on June 11th? Depending on how good the concert is, are you going to cop the album on June 12th?
