DJ Khaled being evicted after Missing Rent Payment

Looks like DJ Khaled might be taking it to the head or he might have to “Kiss the Ring” of his landlord who has sued to have him evicted, claiming the YMCMB DJ has failed to pay $55,000 in back rent.

Court docs filed in Miami show Khaled rented an apartment last September from Misci LLC, agreeing on two bulk payments of $66,000 for rent. Khaled made the first payment, but according to the landlord’s lawsuit, he missed the second one after re-financing the deal, agreeing to pay $11,000 upfront and the remaining $55,000 a month later.
