“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak has given birth to her second son. She and her NFL player husband Kroy Biermann named the him Kash Kade. The couple also has a year-old son they call KJ, and Zolciak has two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, from a previous marriage.
