Chris Brown Fails Drug Test & Rihanna Tweets Him Love

Singer Chris Brown was in LA court this week for a follow up on his probation progress.  It came out that the singer failed a drug test in June but the judge dismissed the test results for several reasons

1. Drug test were not required for his probation
2. Marijuana is Legal in California
3. Chris has a prescription for medical marijuana

The judge stressed to Brown how important his conduct and what he says is important and impacts a lot of youth.

In related news his ex Rihanna tweeted him well wishes on his court date.  Hmmmm they must be in regular communication if she knew he had a date before the judge.
