Lil Scrappy is back in the free world days after his arrest Monday in Atlanta for probation violation. Scrappy’s attorney says the judge has put Scrap back on a probation program that will require him to check in with an officer periodically. He was apparently arrested for failing to check in with his probation officer in August but claims he wasn’t aware of the scheduled meeting because he was on a non-reporting status for his probation.
