An 83-year-old man is facing charges for sex offender case dating back to 1984. The man has been sentenced to 15 years in jail. According to the Warren County Prosecutor David P. Fornshell, Albert Moore pleaded guilty to the charges. These include two counts of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition on three victims. Moore also validated that the victims were all associated with himself and were under 13-year-old at the time. For more on this story, click HERE
