Lil Wayne is back in hot water with the justice system. After not appearing in court due to last weeks’ health scare, the judge overseeing his lawsuit against Quincy Jones III solded the Young Money boss for his behavior in video depositions.

Wayne’s lawyer informed the judge that the deposition tapes will be played for the jury in his client’s absence. The tapes show the “A Milli” MC brushing off questions from attorney Pete Ross with taunts and repeatedly defiant answers to questions.

In the video, Wayne tells his lawyer, “Pete Ross, that’s a stupid ass question,” after the counselor asks the rapper to verify that he’d given an interview with Katie Couric. When Ross asks if he remembered his 2010 stint on Rikers Island, Wayne glibly replies, “I don’t know.” With each question, Wayne grows visibly more irritated with Ross, ultimately issuing a vague threat by the end of the video.

The tapes, released by TMZ last month, inspired thousands of responses on Twitter to Wayne’s “hilarious” deposition. The judge was not laughing, however, saying the Young Money CEO is shown displaying “unreasonable conduct in the deposition” and “irresponsible behavior.”

The rapper, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., is suing Jones over what he called the director’s “scandalous portrayal” of him in “The Carter,” a 2009 documentary about the multiplatinum spitter’s life. Wayne is also suing over the alleged unauthorized use of his music for the film.

Weezy suffered a medical emergency while flying on his private jet Thursday and was hospitalized briefly after his plane made an emergency landing in Texas. His rep issued a statement that the rapper had been successfully treated for a severe migraine and dehydration, refuting earlier reports that he had suffered a seizure. TMZ reported that he suffered a second seizure, but reps also denied that to MTV News. Wayne took to Twitter on Saturday to announce that he was all good and thanked everyone for their prayers. Wayne is currently recovering at his mother’s home in Louisiana.
