Therefore, excessive intake of sugar-sweetened beverages can put you at increased risk of cancer.
2. Fried Foods
Potato wafers, French fries, and numerous other junk foods contain trans fat, i.e., unhealthy hydrogenated oils. Consuming fried foods on a regular basis can increase your LDL cholesterol levels and block arteries. In addition to this, fried foods contain acrylamide which is a neurotoxin and carcinogen and increases your risk of contracting cnacer.
3. Excessive Alcohol

5. Snack Foods
