“One person is dead and another is injured after a gunman opened fire on a crowd near a rapper’s tour bus, parked at a Penn’s Landing hotel.

The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. Thursday outside the Holiday Inn Express on the 100 block of North Christopher Columbus Boulevard. There was an altercation in front of the parked tour bus of rapper French Montana.
