Chris Brown could face up to four years in prison for failing to give the correct insurance information after a fender-bender. If the singer is found to have broken the law, it would be a violation of his five-year probation for the 2009 assault on Rihanna.

Brown was given five years of probation for the 2009 assault of ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Since he has to obey all laws during the term, a hit-and-run charge could amass to a probation violation.

The price of breaking the rules for Brown would be up to four years behind bars. According to TMZ, Los Angeles Police are requesting to talk to the singer about the incident as soon as possible.  SOURCE
