Former NBA All-Star, Mookie Blaylock is said to be recovering and in stable condition tonight, resulting from a car accident he was in earlier today according to USA TODAY.
Blaylock was driving in Jonesboro, Georgia on Tara Boulevard, when his Cadillac Escalade went over the median and struck another car. Mookie had to be airlifted to the Atlanta Medical Center. Clayton County police spokesman Clarence Cox says, “He was in critical condition.”
Says Cox;
“The man and woman riding in the van were also taken to the medical center. The female passenger from the other vehicle was bleeding internally and is in critical condition.”
According to a family friend, Blacklock has recently been under a doctor’s care for seizures.
