WATER COOLER TALK: Residents of Hope Mills, North Carolina were enjoying their Fourth of July parade last week was shocked when they saw an antique tractor flying a Confederate flag and pulling a wagon loaded with watermelons and sporting a draped sign which read, “White History Month, Hug WTE PPL” in the parade!
Today’s question is simple… is this RACIST or NOT? And please explain your reason for your answer.
