WATER COOLER TALK: An OU Student is claiming that she was rapped Homecoming weekend on Court St. after videos and pictures from onlookers went viral.
The pictures and videos depicted two people engaging in sexual acts. Witnesses are saying that they thought it was consensual because of the young lady’s reactions and that’s why they were taking pictures and video.
Some onlookers were so upset that they beat up the young man afterwards. Other witnesses say that the two left together and entered an apartment building after the man was attacked and that they were obviously intoxicated.
In some state engaging in a sexual act while intoxicated can be considered rape. Do you think that is fair?
