Many singles say they’re finding it hard to figure out the rules of dating in the 21st century. Reportedly, a new survey says 44 percent blame texting, saying it’s made it more difficult to determine whether an outing is just a casual hang-out, or an official date. Fifty-seven percent of 18 to 24-year-olds admit that technology has blurred the lines, followed by 48 percent of those age 25 to 29.
