    According to HotNewHipHop:

Bow Wow progressed from his youth as a rapper named Lil Bow Wow, and as he continues to grow up he’s decided on another name change, although this one is more drastic than simply dropping the “lil.”

The co-host of BET’s 106 & Park has announced today that following the BET Awards, he will no longer be going by Bow Wow. He’ll be adopting his real name, Shad Moss, as his rapper name.

Bow Wow aka Shad Moss says, “After BET awards I will no longer go by Bow Wow!” he took to Instagram to announce. “Im going by my real name ‘Shad Moss’ we made a lot of history as bow wow. Now its time for the next chapter and challenge.”

“Bow wow does not fit who I am today,” he wrote on IG. “I’ma father, business man, TV host, Actor, and rapper! Time for MR. Moss to take over!”

Watch Bow make the announce on his IG page below.

I guess good looks will get you far in life even if you are in prison…

    According to People:

30-year-old Jeremy Meeks is still riding high on the wave of Internet popularity that crested last week when his mugshot – and by extension, his piercing blue eyes and arching cheekbones – was posted on Facebook by Stockton, California, authorities.

The problem is, according to his mother, that that notoriety isn’t helping his case. So she’s trying to raise funds for her son’s defense the new-fashioned way: By asking strangers on the Internet.

Meeks’s mother, Katherine Angier, wrote on GoFundMe that her son “has a job and … he was on his way to work. With no gang affiliations as per two of the charges [sic]. He has old tattoos … which causes him to be sterotyped. He’s my son and I’m just trying to raise funds to help him in anyway. In four days, the campaign has raised over $4,170 of its $25,000 goal.

Also, there are reports surfacing that their is a tattoo removal service that is willing to remove his tats for free and will pay $20,000 toward his $900,000 bail.

    Can we say WINNING!!
