Drake Vs Lil Wayne - Clarkston, MI

Every Song From New Drake Album Charts on Billboard

As if Drake didn’t have enough to celebrate after his latest album, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, went gold in just one weekend, all 17 songs have now charted individually on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

“Energy” from the new album is the fan favorite, as it’s landed at the #9 spot with no video and very little radio play. The song did, however, receive over 4.6 million stream clicks, 82% stemming from Spotify plays. Sales of the song have also risen 21% since last week.

In addition to these 17 entries, Drizzy is featured on four other charting singles, bringing his total up to 21 and breaking his own record for artist with the most concurrently charted singles, previously set at a still impressive 14. This means Drake rules a whopping 42% of the 50-slot Billboard chart alone.

‘Drake’s Homecoming: The Lost Footage’ Set to Hit Theaters

Fathom Events and SpectiCast have teamed up to deliver ‘Drake’s Homecoming: The Lost Footage,’ a feature-length flick set to hit theaters nationwide on March 19th. The documentary focuses on Drake’s early career before his Young Money deal.

The live footage is from his 2009 sold-out Toronto Sound Academy show. The film will feature Champagne Papi performing global hits like “Best I Ever Had” and “Successful.”

After recently locating the lost footage, additional material was added to it. Interviews from both James and Jas Prince are included to the footage as well. Jas Prince is often credited for initially discovering Drake.

The Canadian MC is making history. Each track from his album, ‘If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late,’ achieved a spot on the Billboard chart.

Kardashians E! Isn’t Paying $100 Mil, But It’s Close

Reports the Kardashians have scored $100 million from E! for 4 more seasons are NOT true … they’re only getting a measly $80 mil … TMZ has learned.

NBCUniversal called the $100 mil story “grossly inaccurate.” But our sources connected with the network say the word “grossly” may be grossly inaccurate, because we’re told best case scenario they could earn in the $80 million range (with ratings bonuses) for 3 seasons with an option for a 4th.

We’re also told the deal is all-encompassing and includes all of the work the family and individuals do for the network.

And get this … Y chromosomes are personae non gratea for the new deal. We’re told Scott Disick has his own deal outside the Kardashians and Rob will only get paid per episode if he ends up on the show at all. As for Bruce — he’ll only look like a double X — but we’re told his X and Y chromosomes are not part of the deal either.

As for why NBCUniversal put out such an unusual statement … our sources say they don’t want it out there that the cash register drawer opened in a big way, although we’re told the original report definitely had over-inflated numbers.

Bobby Shmurda Moved From Rikers Island to Protective Custody

While Bobby Shmurda is still behind bars, authorities have found it necessary to protect the “Hot N***a” rapper from fellow inmates, deciding to transfer the young rapper from Rikers Island to protective custody in a lower Manhattan facility.

According to DNA Info New York, Shmurda, real name Ackquille Pollard, was moved from Rikers to a Manhattan detention complex on January 15th, and has remained there since. He confirmed this information himself in an interview with Hot 97. Since moving to PC, Shmurda’s original conspiracy and gun charges have been combined with separate gun charges from a previous arrest in June of 2014. Shmurda has been in police custody since December 17th and has yet to pay his $2,000,000 bail.

Kid Rock Disses Beyonce: She Doesn’t Do Much For Me

Kid Rock stunned Beyonce fans after questioning the “Drunk In Love” singer’s talent by telling Rolling Stone that he doesn’t understand her cultural appeal. He also took aim at her looks by saying that he prefers “skinny white chicks with big boobs” over Beyonce.

“Beyoncé, to me, doesn’t have a f**king ‘Purple Rain,’ but she’s the biggest thing on Earth. How can you be that big without at least one ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ or ‘Old Time Rock & Roll’? People are like, ‘Beyoncé’s hot. Got a nice fucking ass.’ I’m like, ‘Cool, I like skinny white chicks with big tits.’ Doesn’t really f**king do much for me.”

Fans quickly went on the attack against Kid Rock, filling up his Instagram comments section with bee emojis and comments about “Queen Bey.”
