About the Job

Customer Service /​ Call Center Representative Training Pay Rate: $10.​75/​hr

Increases given upon completion of training! $12.​57/​hr after training!

Additional increases given based on performance!!Kelly Services is seeking dynamic and personable individuals who are looking to continue their career in a challenging and fast paced environment.​ This is not your everyday call center job – there is significantly greater responsibility and we want to find those who are up to the task!DUTIES:

– Place orders, provide price, availability and solutions to customers via the phone

– Resolve service issues such as invoicing, shipping, billing and crediting

– Lead customer to specific product information for course work.​

– Provide friendly and confident service to customer

– Use tools provided to solve problems and make decisions for customer/​company-s best interest

– Maintain a high level of professionalism with the customer at all times

– High level of decision making based on established company guidelines

– High level of commitment to punctuality and attendance- Must be willing to commit to a 9 month assignment

– Training Hours: 8 AM – 4:30 PM (Must have perfect attendance during 6 week training!)

– Non-Training Hours: Monday thru Friday (must be able to work ANY shift to be considered)

o 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

o 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

o 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

o 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

– REQUIRED: Strong computer skills, including Word, Outlook and Excel, Internet Explorer

– REQUIRED: 1 year previous experience in customer service position (retail or call center)

– REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED

– STRONGLY PREFERRED: Bachelors or Associates degree in any field

– STRONGLY PREFERRED: Previous experience in a call center environment

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

– Excellent listening skills

– History of providing a high level of customer service

– Strong problem solving ability

– Excellent logical reasoning and decision making skills

– Must be able to multi-task

– Must be able remain composed during difficult interactions with customers

– Must be able to follow detailed directions

– Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an outgoing and friendly phone personality

– Previous Oracle experience a plus but not required

– CRM /​ Salesforce.​com experience a plus but not required
