From now on Bruce Jenner is officially Caitlyn. Her new name (and glamorous, Jessica Lange look) was revealed the June cover of Vanity Fair, and we’re seeing her for the first time.

In early 2015, Bruce Jenner surprised the world when he announced that he identifies as transgender. The big reveal came in April when he sat down with Diane Sawyer in April to confirm the rumors. But we were all left wondering what Jenner would look like living as he always felt he was intended to. Vanity Fair revealed Jenner’s photo shoot, by the legendary Annie Leibovitz:

 

“Bruce always had to tell a lie. He was living that lie. every day he always had a secret, from morning ’til night. Caitlyn doesn’t have any secrets. [As] soon as the ‘Vanity Fair’ cover comes out, I’m free.”

 

Cailtyn’s excitement was apparent on Twitter, as she’s now free to be her true self in the world:
