The body cam video shooting of Sam DuBose has been released resulting in the Officer being charged with murder and voluntary manslaughter on July 19th in Cincinnati.
Former University of Cincinnati Police officer Ray Tensing pleaded not Guilty Thursday on charges of murder and voluntary manslaughter in the July 19th shooting death of Samuel DuBose. At his arraignment, the judge set Tensing’s bond at $1 Million dollars. Tensing felt that his life was in danger when DuBose pulled off attempting to get away.
