Lil Kim Birthday Celebration at Mansion - Arrival

Lil Kim and her baby’s father Mr. Papers spent much of the summer bad mouthing each other in a heated custody battle over their adorable 1-year-old baby girl Royal Reign, but it looks like papa Papers has had a change of heart.

Just last week, Kim used her Twitter account to open up about the situation, insisting that Papers himself was to blame for not having seen their daughter and standing by the restraining order she had issued against him, although the tweets have since been deleted from her page.  Kim’s comments came a few months after Papers indicated on Instagram that the two were headed to court in a custody battle back in May. Following their initial break up in December of last year, Papers also posted a photo of Kim’s arch rival Nicki Minaj before later implying that Kim was a “bad mother” for keeping him from seeing their daughter in a separate IG post that was also deleted shortly after it was posted in June.

However, it seems all is well that ends well as Papers took to social media yet again today to publicly apologize to Kim and own up to his role in their relationship problems. He also seemed to confirm that the they have come to an agreement where Royal Reign is concerned, stating that he is “glad to be back in his daughter’s life.”

Kim later responded with this post of her own in which she sounded pleasantly surprised that Mr. Papers has decided to take responsibility for his mistakes in the best interest of their daughter.
