Looks like Juvenile is going to have to back his bank up and give up some coins for the Waffle House brawl! The victim is wanting to sue Juvenile for the assault.

The customer Juvenile beat to a pulp at a South Carolina Waffle House says he’s such a big fan he won’t press charges … suing is a whole other thing.
The customer — who did not want to be ID’d — tells us he’s hired an attorney to give the rapper the ‘ol ultimatum … pay up or else. He says aside from facial cuts, he suffered kidney and rib injuries.
TMZ broke the story … Juvie and his crew jumped the customer, who saw the rapper enter the eatery and cracked, “Here come all the hos.”
