Black Eyed Peas Attend Opening Night Preview Of Nomads Two Worlds At Ngv, Melbourne

After taking a five-year hiatus, The Black Eyed Peas are returning in a big way.

The fab foursome are reuniting and planning to remake their massive hit “Where Is The Love?” with a new generation of artists. will.i.am announced The Black Eyed Peas are re-recording their 2003 Elephunk single, and they’re inviting almost a dozen artists to participate.

The original version of the song featured Justin Timberlake, but will.i.am has enlisted the talents of DJ Khaled, A$AP Rocky, Jaden Smith, Tori Kelly, Nicole Scherzinger, Jamie Foxx, Jessie J, and so many more to spread the message of love and peace.

In a promotional video, will.i.am stated, “I remember when the attack in Paris happened, people would say ‘We need “Where Is The Love?’’ again.’ And then Belgium happened, and then Turkey, and then Orlando, and then Philando, and then Alton before him, and then Dallas. Everyone was calling on us, like, we need that song again.”

Proceeds from the remake will go to will.i.am’s i.am.angel foundation, and whereisthelove.com is raising funds for the families of Alton Sterling, Philando Castile, Aylan Kurdi, and the officers who were killed in Dallas.
