A NO DAPL protester has ‘locked himself’ under a van on the corner of 3rd and Broad Street in downtown Columbus virtually shutting the area. No DAPL are citizens that are against the Dakota Access Pipeline that claim is damaging the environment and water source for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
