Isis Yasmeen has dreamt of being an Opera singer from a very uniquely young age.
Growing up, her father would read the newspaper every Sunday and listen to Classical Opera music.
Isis would imitate the Powerful voice of the Opera singers that she would hear, and very quickly her family noticed that she had a gifted voice. Over 15 years later, she is still pursuing her dream of being an entertainer. She has seven years of vocal training, and has been featured in six major productions with Opera Columbus. Early in 2009, she joined forces with Size ‘10’ Productions (an independent entertainment company) ran by DJ Rishbone, who is a very well known and talented producer and DJ here in Columbus. Although classical music was her main focus, she found a new love for R&B music. She now writes many of her own songs as well as songs for other local artists.
Isis is very proud of her past accomplishments , some of which include:
· Meeting the states criteria for being gifted in music
· Winning 1st place in the OMEA every year
· Being invited by the city of Delaware to sing the National Anthem solo at the Ohio Bicentennial Celebration.
She started off 2010 by releasing her 1st Mixtape “Audio Dreams” which currently has over 500 downloads, and can be downloaded for free at her website http://www.isisyasmeen.com
She followed up her mixtape release by writing and recording the Official Theme song for Burger King’s The Next Best Move tour, which hit over 51 Cities Nationwide. When the tour made their stop in Columbus, they filmed the music video for the theme song, which can also be viewed on her website or at http://www.thenextbestmove.com

Celeb featured on The Power 107.5 website and she is a featured Artist on the independent artist networking site, http://www.mysoundbooth.com .

Working in the music industry has introduced her to other opportunities, including modeling and fashion design. She has walked in 3 fashion shows, worked with many different photographers and has showcased her own fashions in the “ArtOfficial Experience” Runway Show. She has had the opportunity to work with other Local Artists (Sinatra, JR, G.A.J and Kid Money, to name a few) as well as currently working on tracks with Kinetic 9 of the KillArmy and Wu Tang Clan.
Isis Yasmeen’s ethnic background of Egyptian and African American has opened her eyes to many cultures and has made her a very opened-minded person. She loves to travel and learn about different Cultures. Isis is currently
