DMX will be held without bond until his hearing date on March 16th.

Phoenix Sheriff Joe Arpaio… “We’ve been treating him with kid gloves. I think its about time to give him hard time,”

He is suing Jigga for $88 million dollars stating that Jay stole his rhyming style, delivery and even some of his lyrics.

Rose claims he handed Jay-Z his demo after a fight in 2001. Soon after Jay-Z started using his flow on his own albums. Mitchell Rose says that even Lil Kim has been using his flow also.

Representatives for Jay-Z have not yet commented regarding the lawsuit.

DMX’s lawyer Gary Jenkins did not release specific information but hinted to the violations being drug related, when he spoke to TMZ “He’s been battling addiction for some time and he’s in need of treatment…..We’re hoping that maybe Dr. Drew might be able to help him. He’s a talented man…we’re praying for him.”

DMX attempted to throw a Gospel Concert for Independence High School in Glendale, AZ but was NOT given the nod by school officials.

But apparently not everyone got that memo……….

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that around 4PM last Thursday affiliates of Young Jeezy brawled with members of Guccis mane’s crew in a Clothing store in the ATL.

A security guard for Gucci Mane affiliate Wakka Flocka Flame was detained for firing the first shot according to Atlanta police.

Neither Gucci Mane nor Young Jeezy were directly involved in the altercation.

Police say Waka’s hypeman instigated saying he “pitted the east side of the city versus the west side.”

An eyewitness said “the shooter was a Black man wearing a red hat with dread locks shooting a rifle.”

Unfortunately the gunman has not been arrested.

Fortunately no one was killed.
