This Chelsea restaurant has gone from brasserie to brassiere.

Chef Daniel Angerer is letting diners at Klee Brasserie munch on cheese made from his wife’s breast milk.

“It tastes like cow’s-milk cheese, kind of sweet,” he told The Post.

The flavor depends on what the cheese is served with — Angerer recommends a Riesling — and “what the mother eats,” said Angerer, who once bested Bobby Flay on TV’s “Iron Chef.”

Breast milk doesn’t curdle well due to its low protein content, so a little moo juice has to be added to round out the texture, Angerer said.

After blogging about his efforts with the human cheese, customers started demanding a sample, he said.

“The phone was ringing off the hook,” the chef said. “So I prepared a little canapé of breast-milk cheese with figs and Hungarian pepper.”

The response has been generally positive from those who’ve tried the cheese, although many customers are too squeamish to attempt it.

“I think a lot of the criticism has to do with the combination of sex and cheese, but . . . the breast is there to make food,” said Lori Mason, the chef’s wife.

Since the restaurant began offering customers a taste, Mason has been inundated with creepy queries, she said.

“Some people who clearly have issues have . . . e-mailed me saying, ‘I wasn’t breast-fed as a child, so can I taste your breast milk?’ ” she said.

Mason politely declines the offer.

“I’m not here to walk people through their psychological problems,” she said.

That said, Mason is now prodding her husband to make gelato.

After inquiries from The Post, health bigs said yesterday that even though department codes do not explicitly forbid the practice, they have advised Angerer to refrain from sharing his wife’s milk with the world.

“The restaurant knows that cheese made from breast milk is not for public consumption, whether sold or given away,” a spokeswoman for the city Department of Health said

This guy will engage in pillow talk with his wife every night. That’s because “she” is a pillow. Lee Jin-gyu of Korea fell in love with his large stuffed companion and decided to marry it. The 28-year-old and his pillow – which has a picture of an anime character on it – tied the knot in front of a local priest during a special ceremony. He even dressed it in a wedding dress. “He is completely obsessed with this pillow and takes it everywhere,” said one friend. And he ain’t kidding! Lee takes the pillow to the park or to the local fair where it goes on all the rides with him. And when he takes the pillow out to eat, it gets its own seat and its own meal! Let’s hope he never cheats on her with the comforter!

EW.com: Kanye West has kept a fairly low profile in recent months, but soon you’ll be able to catch him — or at least his animated alter ego — in the May 2 episode of Fox’s Family Guy spin-off The Cleveland Show. You can see the first official image of West’s guest spot in the new issue of EW, on stands today, or check it out right here in this post. In the episode, the rap megastar voices a 19-year-old local hero named, er, Kenny West, who gets into a lopsided rhyme battle with the show’s Cleveland Brown, Jr. over the affections of a young woman who’s voiced by Taraji P. Henson.

“We knew that Kanye was a Family Guy fan,” Cleveland Show co-creator Rich Appel tells the Music Mix. “He’s made reference to it on his website and stuff. In the writers’ room, we just thought it would be great to have him as a character on the town. So we came up with the story. He really liked it and said, ‘Sure!’” One year ago, West came in for a table read at the L.A. building where Family Guy, American Dad, and The Cleveland Show are all produced. “You know, I’ve worked on The Simpsons and Family Guy and King of the Hill,” says Appel. “We’ve had a lot of guest stars. It’s very rare that a guest star is eager and willing to come to the table read. He showed up 15 minutes early.” West went on to record his part last March. About a month ago, when the time came to re-record a few lines for the final cut, Appel says the star obligingly stepped into a booth at the studio where he’s working on his next album and sent the new dialogue over.

The experience went so well that West has already recorded an appearance for an additional episode of The Cleveland Show’s upcoming second season — and Appel hopes there’s even more to come. “He could not have been more collaborative or easier to work with. We’re excited, because his character has become a recurring character in our universe…He’ll become our Sideshow Bob!”

South Florida prosecutors have ruled that Michael Irvin will not face rape charges. An unnamed woman filed a lawsuit earlier this month accusing the former Cowboys star of raping her in July of 2007 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. She reported the incident to the Seminole tribe that month, but tribe officials say she later signed a waiver of prosecution. Because the woman waited for more than two weeks to report the incident, however, there was no physical evidence and the Broward State Attorney’s office, which was investigating the lawsuit, decided not to charge Irvin. Meanwhile, Irvin’s lawyer said yesterday that the announcement wasn’t a surprise, but was nice to hear.

Nike and Kobe Bryant have teamed up with car maker Aston Martin for a new Hyperdunk coming out that starts at $700 a pair.  Kobe debuted the Nike Hyperdunks by jumping over an Aston Martin, so it’s only right they named an Aston Martin edition after him. This is what Nike had to say about the new shoe:
