Of course every year we get excited about watching the Superbowl commercials. This year there wasn’t much to be excited about. But there was one commercial that got everyone a little “excited”. Yes, we’re talking about the Fiat commercial that featured this beautiful model speaking what we think is Italian or something.

Well even though we don’t hit the books too much, we really wanted to know what this beautiful woman was saying. We grabbed a six pack, our laptops, and got deep into our “research” here is what we found.

Model: Catrinel Menghia

Catrinel is a Romanian model who moved to Bucharest at a young age to start her modelling career. Menghia now lives in Milan. She has done campaigns for major fashion houses and is the face of Giorgio Armani worldwide. She was also one of the new faces in the 2006 South African Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition and has appeared in FHM and Maxim. She became the pitch girl for the Fiat 500 Abarth coupe in 2011-2012 .

When Troy Smith became a free agent at the end of the 2010-2011.season there were rumors that the Pittsburgh Steelers were interested. The Steelers already had a similar player in Dennis Dixon and two other backups for starter Ben Roethlisberger so nothing ever came of the rumors. It seems those rumors were true it just took the Steelers a year to sign Troy Smith.

All three of the Steelers’ backups for Roethlisberger—Byron Leftwich, Charlie Batch and Dixon—are free agents and it is unknown whether Pittsburgh plans to re-sign any of them. There are good reasons not to sign any of them. Leftwich could have been a capable backup quarterback but he was never healthy when the Steelers needed him. Batch and Dixon both got ample opportunities but neither took advantage of it.

While we embark on another questionable rap beef between Movie star Common (who did body Ice Cube, yes we get it, but still…) and Drake (who is facing some pressure to prove himself, which I think he shouldn’t succumb to the nonsense), we started taking a look back at the other beefs in hip hop we thought were uneccessary, actually quite corny.
