You can help the victims of countless crises, like the recent earthquake in Haiti, around the world each year by making a financial gift to the American Red Cross International Response Fund, which will provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need. The American Red Cross honors donor intent. If you wish to designate your donation to a specific disaster, please do so at the time of your donation
Donations can be made using a variety of methods:
1. Call 1-800-HELP NOW or 1-800-257-7575 (Spanish)
2. Internet users can make a secure online contribution by visiting www.redcross.org. They can choose to designate their contribution to the International Response Fund or for the Haiti response specifically.
3. Donors can text “Haiti” to 90999 to send a ten dollar donation to the Red Cross. The funds will go to support the Red Cross relief efforts in Haiti.

Wyclef Jean has been in Haiti to help out the victims of the earthquake. He discussed what he’s been seeing with Fox News. He talks about picking up dead bodies in the street.
