So fellas, the Power 107.5 Party is upon us once again. This event is highly anticipated each year, and this one will be the biggest one thus far. The only way to come to this event is to impress, and by that I mean fashionable. Time to put away the plain vee necks and fitted hats, for at least one night.
Since there’s very little time (event is this Saturday) to go into a super in-depth fashion know-how, I will break down each of the major 4 components to any man’s fashion for a night like this. This is a semi-formal event, which gives you quite a bit of options that will have you looking fly, but will also keep you comfortable and not overdressed — if that’s your speed.
I will be breaking down each category …
…Top, Pants, Shoe, Accessories.
Blazers and button-ups (dressy) are always socially accepted at events like this. When you combine the two, they can make for quite the pair. If you are like me, then you might get a designer v-neck to throw on under a blazer. Make sure its a color which stands out if you wear a dark colored blazer. It will only be a hint of color, but will still be eye-catching to all that have your attention. Can’t forget the tie, maybe even a fat knot — those are very trendy right now.
Pants are also interchangeable. Jeans, Dress Pants, Slacks — all will be seen at this years event. It just all depends on what type of person you are. I suggest if you go dressy button-down, then slacks or matching Dress Pants will be a good move. The Blazer-wearers might go for a nice pair of True Religions or a clean pair of jeans — no significant logos.
