Bizzy Bone will no longer be receiving treatment for his addictions to marijuana and alcohol on national TV.  TMZ.com is reporting that the next season of VH1′s “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew” has been postponed due to a lack of big-name stars on board.  The show was supposed to begin shooting this week.  Tila Tequila of “A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila” and Jason Wahler of “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” were also set to appear on the series.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony group member Bizzy Bone has joined the cast of Dr. Drew’s VH1 reality show, Celebrity Rehab.

According to TMZ.com, Bizzy will appear on the show to battle his longtime addictions to alcohol and marijuana.

The rapper, born Byron McCane, will join a cast that features former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler and Tila Tequila, who will be treated for an addiction to prescription pills.

According to reports, the show may not make it to television, because of a lack of participation from celebrities for this season.

The man accused of robbing Bone Thugs-N-Harmony emcee Bizzy Bone has pled no contest to the crime.  Marlo Jones, aka “Bow Wow,” along with three co-defendants, allegedly confronted Bizzy Bone in his hotel room at the Universal City, California Hilton last January.  The foursome is accused of choking Bizzy Bone and then stealing his jewlery.  At the time, Jones was on probation for felony spouse abuse.  He was also convicted of robbery in 1996 and possession of cocaine in 1999.  Jones has been documented as a member of the Grape Street Crips.  Prior to his arrest in January, Jones was listed as a contract employee with Unity One, a subcontractor under the City’s L.A. Bridges II Gang Intervention program.  He had also worked with USC football coach Pete Carroll in gang reduction programs.
