UPS announced on Tuesday they are now requiring photo identification from customers shipping packages. The new security policy applies at The UPS Store, Mail Boxes Etc. and authorized shipping outlets.
It’s part of the company’s ongoing attempt to enhance security, ever since explosives made it onto a UPS cargo plane in late October. The explosives, sent from a retail location in Yemen , bound for Chicago were discovered when the plane made a stopover in England
