Daleah Wilson A.K.A Lyrikal Goddess is a 21 year old singer and songwriter from Columbus Ohio. She has been singing since thee age of 4 and writing since she was 11. Her style is versatile and very unique. She can write anything from rock, to jazz but her heart lies in r&B. Lyrikal Goddess has currently finished work on her first project “Welcome To My World” the mixtape and is one of the leads in the “For Colored Girls” play coming to Columbus later this month. Her sound is unlike any other artist out right now. She is inspired by old school artists such as Jackie Wilson, James Brown, Luther Vandross, Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight, Anita Baker and many more. She describes her sound as edgy, raw, real, and full of attitude. LG has been in over 50 shows ranging from open mics to exclusive showcases in the past year around Ohio. She was picked as one out of 13 finalists at the New York Urock Tour Showcase in which she opened up for Maybach Music Group. Her upcoming shows include an all female showcase called No Boys Allowed and The “Welcome To My World” mixtape release party. LG says “I am blessed to be where I am today. If you would’ve told me a year ago my name would be known in my city I wouldn’t have believed you. I am thankful for the things that I have accomplished and I will never take this feeling forgranted”. Lyrikal Goddess was interviewed in issue 2 of “Fiyah” magazine which is seen in 10 states.
