Wesley Warren Jr., the man who made international headlines for his 100-pound scrotum, says he turned down an offer for free surgery to get rid of his bulging problem. Warren says he declined an opportunity to have the “Dr. Oz Show” pay for the medical expenses associated with the surgery, partially because they wanted exclusive interview rights. But he’s still optimistic a less-exploitive benefactor will come to his rescue and help him with the medical bills. His rare condition is caused by an excess of watery fluid collecting around his testicles. It prevents him from holding down a job and makes it very difficult to go to the bathroom. Heck — it makes everything very difficult. Warren’s Facebook page, created back in 2011 to raise money for the surgery, garnered the expected mocking comments, but also words of encouragement
