A make-up free Beyonce celebrated her 31st birthday yesterday with her husband and sweet baby Blue Ivy on a yacht sailing the Mediterranean Sea. The Carters were spotted enjoying time with Blue Ivy & sipping a little wine in in the South of France. No word if the Carters will make their way back to the US in time for the MTV VMA awards.
