Ohio State student Addison Ulhaq has filed a police report involving singer Justin Bieber following an altercation at a Columbus night club, according to TMZ.

Following the 19-year-old’s performance at Nationwide Arena on July 12, TMZ reports Bieber allegedly spit and threw profanities atUlhaq in The Social Room bar and lounge.

The club, located on 527 Park St., was hosting a “Justin Bieber after-party” July 12 following Bieber’s concert that night. The event featured the BELIEVE tour’s official DJ, DJ Tay James, according to The Social Room’s Facebook page. TMZ reports that it was a “21 and up night in the club.”

Ulhaq, a junior in neuroscience and a local DJ, called the WNCI’s(97.9 FM) “Dave & Jimmy” radio show July 16 to recount the incident on air.

Ulhaq told the “Dave & Jimmy” show he was opening for the Bieber’s BELIEVE tour DJ in the V.I.P. room of the club and was accused by Bieber’s security team of taking photos of the singer. Ulhaq was taken to a “back area” while the security team went through his phone to look for any pictures of the singer. No pictures were found, but Bieber confronted Ulhaq seconds later and said a few “choice words and then spit in (Ulhaq’s) face.”

According to TMZ, Ulhaq’s lawyers claim Bieber’s saliva and mucus was in Ulhaq’s eyes, nose and mouth, andUlhaq got tested for Hepatitis following the altercation. The test came back negative.

Although Ulhaq told TMZ that he plans on filing criminal charges, no criminal charges have been filed at this time and it is unclear if Ulhaq will file a lawsuit.

A statement from Bieber’s rep has not been offered, but a source close to Bieber’s camp told TMZ, “Everything’s been going really well on the tour and it’s just really sad that someone would copycat baseless claims just to try and get attention for themselves.”

Another caller on the “Dave & Jimmy” show said that she saw Bieber, his manager, his bouncer and a few dancers in the tour bus at The Social Room’s event July 12, and noticed “something had obviously gone wrong, they were really jumpy and there was a lot of tension.”

When asked by the “Dave & Jimmy” show why he believed Bieber acted as he did, Ulhaq thought Bieber was concerned that his photo had been taken at the club.

“It was because of the fact that his bouncers told him I was trying to take pictures of him, and I guess it’s because, you know, he’s a little younger than most club goers. I think maybe he couldn’t have pictures taken of him there,” Ulhaqtold the show.

This is the second time Bieber has been reported to spit on someone. In March, Bieber’s neighbor in Calabasas, California filed a police report against Bieber, accusing Bieber of spitting in his face and threatening to kill him after reprimanding the singer for driving recklessly through the neighborhood, according to TMZ. Bieber was investigated for battery, but authorities told the Los Angeles Times that prosecution was slim.
