NBA All-Star Paul George suffered a gruesome injury, by breaking his leg during a U.S. national team scrimmage. With only 9 minutes and 33 seconds left in the fourth quarter, James Harden went up for a left hand lay-up and Paul George tired to block the shot but missed. As he started to land on his right leg, his leg buckled against the backboard stanchion and then fell to the baseline. Trainers than rushed over to Paul to examine his leg and realize Paul’s leg was broken in half. Paul was escorted out of the scrimmage on a stretcher, and Coach Mike Krzyzewski had sadly announced to the fans,  Paul George will not be continuing the scrimmage. For the respect of  Paul George and his family, the scrimmage was than cancelled.
