A lawsuit was filed earlier yesterday in the FEDERAL COURT in Manhattan by a woman claiming to be the SURROGATE – who gave birth to Blue Ivy Carter.
The woman, named Tina Seals, is asking to have the judge declare HER to be the mother of Blue. She’s also asking for CUSTODY of Bey’s daughter.
Bey’s lawyers have yet to respond.
