Justine King had way more than one too many. Police officers found her naked from the waist down, inside of a car that she crashed. Her pants were under the car’s pedals and she was sitting on a bottle of Black Velvet whisky. When the police asked her to put on pants, she said “I don’t have any pants, I left home without them!” Then to make it worse, the police asked her for her name, to which she said “The government got my name. You ain’t getting it! Ask the government.” She was taken to the hospital, where she still refused to put on her pants. Maybe she peed in them.
