Call Center Customer Service Rep: PNC
The PNC Customer Care Center is responsible for sales/service delivery of PNC Bank products and services by means of inbound and outbound customer contact and conversations.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
- At least 6 months customer service experience is required
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Ability to engage the customer with empathy
- Ability to engage the customer emotionally
- Simple problem solving skills
- Ability to synthesize information and process common service requests
- Ability to maintain composure
