Social Worker: Columbus Health Department
This full-time position will support the reduction of infant mortality and deliver care to perinatal clients at the John Maloney Health Center. It will also provide case management to perinatal and post-partum clients, interfacing with Columbus Public Health maternal child health partners and communication with perinatal providers.
Applicant requirements include current State of Ohio Licensed Social Worker with one year providing direct social worker or case management. Candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, flexibility and prior knowledge of community partners.
