Everybody likes free stuff, right? Well a North Carolina police officer got a free cup of coffee, which was great…until he spilled it on his lap. So now he’s suing the coffee shop for $750,00 for “pain and suffering.” What did he say about not knowing hot coffee…is HOT? “I didn’t know it was that hot.” So lemme get this straight: you’re suing a coffee shop for giving you free coffee…and because you can’t hold a cup? Is 750 racks gonna cure you of being clumsy?
