911 is a service that’s here to help, right? So you shouldn’t bother them unless it’s an emergency; don’t tie up their lines!! Welp, Toshiba L. Smith missed that rule in the handbook, because she called 911 150 times in the last month. No one knows all the reasons, but one of them was to complain that she thought her neighbors were using a recording device to monitor her. Uh, well maybe they were; somebody needed to figure out what you were smoking all those times you called 911!
