( Thank you to Angelique Benton on Facebook for this info!) Sunday, the Fruit of the Spirit Seventh-day Adventist Church is having a Community Health Fair. The Health department will be present to answer people’s questions and free food and drinks will be provided. The address is 1365 Frebis Ave in Columbus, and it’s from 2-5 p.m. For more information people can contact Pastor Harold Palmer at 614.554.6543.
2. Next Tuesday is “Central Ohio Stand Down.” Homeless or struggling veterans can get help with health, housing or job issues. Lunch, clothing and free haircuts will also be offered. It will be at the Greater Columbus Convention Center from 8:30am – 1:30pm. For details, log on to www.CentralOhioStandDown.org.
