On April 4, darkness pervaded the locker room of the Kentucky Wildcats. The word perfection was no longer analogous with the once unblemished Wildcats. Once 38-0, they fumbled at the one-yard line. After notching win after win throughout the regular season, conference tournament, and NCAA tourney, John Calipari’s star-studded squad was ousted by Bo Ryan’s Wisconsin Badgers in the Final Four.

Despite having four lottery picks in the NBA Draft including Karl-Anthony Towns (#1 pick), Willie Cauley-Stein (#8 pick), Trey Lyles (#12 pick), and Devin Booker (#13), Kentucky couldn’t out-duel the Badgers. With the sour taste of imperfection still lingering  in the minds of Calipari’s prized players, we spoke with each of them about that dreaded night.

Let’s just say these brash youngsters feel that they would stomp out Wisconsin in a rematch. Watch our interview with Karl, Trey, Devin, and Willie, as they all spoke on the loss and what would happen if they were to play Wisconsin again at the NBA Rookie Photo-Shoot by Panini Trading Cards.
