Chris Brown is in trouble with his neighbors after doing doughnuts on the street in his ATV, and now the video of him doing it is in police custody. Driving an ATV on the street is illegal. Man listen, y’all gotta give Chris Brown some credit. This man went from throwing chairs out of windows and going to jail…to riding an ATV down the street???? Let that man live.
