It only took four years for Frank Ocean to give us another album.

After years of speculation, the “Thinking Bout You” singer finally has a cover and potential released date for his third studio album.

Early Saturday morning the Grammy-award-winning singer let it be known that Boys Don’t Cry will come out July 2016, with no specific date or time. As noted by The Fader, Ocean’s little brother, Ryan Breaux, posted the image of the cover to Instagram with a hashtag #July2016.

What’s interesting is that the cover resembles a library card with different dues dates, potentially acknowledging the dates his album was suppose to drop.

“When [Ocean]’s ready, the world is gonna get [it],” Ocean’s producer Malay told Pitchfork last March. “It could be tomorrow… well not tomorrow but maybe a month. We’ve all been working hard. He’s been working super hard. I feel like he’s working harder than he’s ever worked in his life. I’m excited for everyone to hear it. I think people are going to be pleasantly surprised, for sure.”

Anticipation for Ocean’s album is so intense because in addition to being lauded for his sophomore album, Channel Orange, he’s worked with some of the best artists of our time— including Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar and Kanye West.

While there’s little knowledge of who’s on the album, we have a feeling it’s going to be masterfully epic.
